Cancellation of Registration


Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 17 August, 2012, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of EUR 75.
For cancellations made after 17 August, 2012 we regret that no refunds can be made. 

Cancellation of Social Events

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB. Cancellation of social events will be accepted until 22 June, 2012 up to which date the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations received after 22 June, 2012, we regret that no refunds can be made.

Delegates are fully liable for damages caused to the third parties and property. All delegates shall have a valid, comprehensive third party liability insurance.
