A number of rooms in different categories of hotels have been pre-booked at preferential rates. All hotels are located in or nearby the city centre.
The Congress Center Leipzig (CCL) is easily accessible by tram and car. 5 Star Hotel: Single use EUR 255-265 / Double use EUR 280-290 4 Star Hotel: Single use EUR 85-210 / Double use EUR 105-230 3 Star Hotel: Single use EUR 80-155 / Double use EUR 95-165 All rates are in EUR (€), per room , per night, including breakfast. Reservation Bookings are made on-line and can therefore be confirmed immediately. All rates are per room per night and are including breakfast, service charges and VAT. Any extra charges for mini-bar, telephone, room service, etc. must be settled with the hotel directly. Booking requests received after August 6th 2012 will be subject to a late booking fee of 30.00 EUR.
Rooms can be guaranteed until August 6th, 2012. After this date rooms can be booked upon availability.
Payment Policy A deposit at EUR 200 per room is required to guarantee your reservation, and this can bepaid by credit card or bank transfer. Bank transfers not received within 14 days of the booking date will result in the cancellation of the booking without further notice. Please mention ESPE 2012, your name and the invoice number on any bank transfers. On completion of your booking, you will automatically receive a confirmation / invoice by email.The final balance payment is due August 6th, 2012
