Exhibition


Location
The commercial exhibition will take place in Hall 2 at the Congress Centre Leipzig (CCL) and will form the hub of the Meeting. This provides an excellent opportunity for delegates to interact with commercial companies and to familiarise themselves with the latest advances in technology and therapeutics. Our delegates increasingly welcome the opportunity to tap the expertise provided by exhibitions to answer questions and provide product demonstrations. In addition to the commercial exhibition and the scientific posters, lunch, tea and coffee breaks will take place in the exhibition area in order to maximise the amount of time delegates spend within the exhibition.

Charity/Non Profit Stands
If space is available, registered charities and non profit organisations are offered exhibition space at EUR 250 per sqm. Bookings for charity stands will only be accepted from 2 April 2012.

Technical Manual
A Technical Manual giving further general and technical information, advice and full details about the exhibition, venue, organisers and ancillary services available to exhibitors will be circulated in March 2012.

Commercial Stands
The charge per sqm for stand rental is as follows:

EUR 510 for bookings received from 14 January 2012 and onwards.

The fee is inclusive of the following exhibitor services onsite:
* Shell Scheme Package (if required): Modular stand, fascia board and carpet
* Company name badges for 2 persons per 9 sqm
* Tea/Coffee for two persons per 9 sqm 
* Free editorial entry (50 words) in the Final Programme/Exhibition Catalogue
* Exhibition Technical Manual
* Ambient heating and lighting
* Daily cleaning of the aisles and common areas
* Attendance at the Welcome Reception

Please note that while our sponsors will be given priority choice of stand location, early commitment will ensure that your company secures a prominent site.
